Hoop Habits Foundation

The Hoop Habits Foundation is a 501(c)3 funding need-based financial aid for youth athletes in Minnesota spring to participate in top tier basketball training programs, including programs run by Hoop Habits.

Coach Carr is a former NBA guard who played six seasons with multiple teams, including the Minnesota Timberwolves, after earning Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year honors at Southern Illinois University.

Following his playing career, founded 43 Hoops Academy, where he combined elite basketball training with life skills mentorship. Coach Carr has had successful coaching stints at Eden Prairie High School, Kansas State, Drury University and most recently coaching AAU in the Yanders Law program.

In 2022, Coach Carr was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and now through his many roles at Hoop Habits is helping athletes grow through discipline, development, and opportunity.
